Families First Ferguslie Newsletter MARCH 2017

Judith’s News

It’s Springtime and the Easter holiday break is approaching so hopefully we will be enjoying some warmish sunshine soon. Just a reminder that children who have a term time placement will finish on Friday 31 March and return on Tuesday 18 April. If you re-quire a placement during the holiday period, please speak to your child’s key worker, Judith or Isobel.

Thank you to all the parents and children who came along to Waterstones in Braehead to help us choose new books for our library. The books have now been delivered and we’re excited to get them out into the playrooms.

We plan to have our second, annual whole nursery trip. This will take place in June and we just have to check with the local schools to make sure that it doesn’t clash with any school transition visits.

Kilt Walk

The staff team are taking part in the Kilt Walk (23 miles or 15 miles) on Sunday 30 April to raise money to buy new outdoor clothing for the children. The staff will be wearing their outfits (kilts) and will be out in the foyer with their sponsor forms. Feel free to take a sponsor form home, if you wish.
